The vast majority of Advisors on board are either Charted or Fellows and all are advocates of a tailored approach to both the execution of advice and the delivery standard. The Practice has a deep founded face to face model with Advisers covering the entire span of the UK where clients are seen up to four times a year. The business has the capability to service a nationally spread client base and offers flexibility to continue the level of client interaction from what is currently being delivered.

Receiving numerous awards in the past few years for yielding some of the highest client satisfaction in the South East and nationally, the business is optimally positioned to accommodate new clients who gain access to the multitude of services and products on offer. Such service is largely achieved by a 9:1 ratio of technical support/administration staff to Advisers, enabling a pure advisory focused model and a focus on client contact and support.
